About the role

We're looking for a QA Engineer with 3+ years of experience to join our team! You'll be responsible for designing and executing test cases, identifying and tracking bugs, and ensuring our applications meet high-quality standards. Experience with test automation, manual testing, and tools like Selenium or Cypress is a plus. If you have a keen eye for detail and love improving software quality, we'd love to hear from you!

Key Responsibilities

• Participate in requirements and design reviews to understand product features and ensure testability.

• Design, execute, and maintain manual test cases to validate functionality, usability, and overall system quality.

• Perform various types of testing, including functional, end-to-end (E2E), UAT, and regression testing.

• Identify, document, and track bugs, working closely with developers to ensure timely resolution.

• Validate APIs using tools like Postman or similar to ensure reliable backend functionality.

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams (developers, product managers, designers) to deliver high-quality user experiences.

• Support test planning, test data preparation, and test execution across multiple projects.

• Contribute to improving QA processes, documentation, and testing standards.

• (Nice to have) Assist in developing and maintaining automated test cases where applicable.

• (Nice to have) Support performance and basic load testing activities.

What would you need?

• 3+ years of experience in software testing, with a strong focus on manual testing.

• Strong understanding of software testing methodologies, test case design, and defect management.

• Experience in functional, regression, UAT, and E2E testing.

• Familiarity with API testing tools such as Postman.

• Good attention to detail with a strong sense of user experience and quality.

• Strong communication skills and ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.

• Added advantage: Exposure to test automation tools (e.g., Selenium, Playwright).
