Key Responsibilities
Assist in end-to-end recruitment processes, including sourcing, screening, and scheduling interviews.
Maintain and update candidate databases and recruitment tracking systems.
Support administrative tasks such as documentation, scheduling, and email correspondence.
Handle general office administration and support HR-related tasks as needed.
Participate in career fairs and recruitment events to promote employer branding and attract potential candidates
Post job advertisements on job portals, LinkedIn, and internal channels
Communicate with candidates regarding interview arrangements and updates
Support preparation of recruitment-related documents
Assist in onboarding coordination (documentation, follow-ups, orientation scheduling)
Requirements
Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
Strong organizational and communication skills with attention to detail.
Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment.
Proficiency in Google Workspace and familiarity with ATS (Applicant Tracking Systems) is a plus.
