About the role

We are seeking an Enterprise AI Solutions Specialist to join our engineering and product teams. This role combines hands-on development across front-end and back-end systems with deep knowledge of cloud platforms and AI/ML model integration. The successful candidate will design, build, and deploy enterprise-grade AI-enabled applications and services that integrate with existing cloud ecosystems and customer workflows.

Key Responsibilities

• Define and drive the enterprise AI strategy across Azure, Microsoft 365, Copilot, and Azure AI Services.

• Lead the design, delivery, and scaling of AI-powered and cloud-based solutions.

• Identify high-value business opportunities and translate them into impactful technology solutions.

• Lead and mentor a team of AI, cloud, and platform specialists.

• Drive cloud modernization, automation, and platform engineering best practices.

• Ensure solutions are secure, scalable, reliable, and aligned with governance standards.

• Partner with business stakeholders, vendors, and cross-functional teams to deliver successful outcomes.

• Oversee project delivery, resource planning, and budget management.

What would you need?

• roven experience leading enterprise AI, cloud, or digital transformation initiatives.

• Strong expertise in Azure, Microsoft 365, hybrid infrastructure, and enterprise solution architecture.

• Hands-on experience with Azure OpenAI, Azure AI Services, Microsoft Copilot, and AI-driven solutions.

• Strong understanding of cloud operations, security, governance, and compliance.

• Experience with DevOps, CI/CD, Infrastructure as Code (Terraform/Bicep), and platform engineering practices.

• Excellent stakeholder management, communication, and leadership skills.

• Ability to balance strategic thinking with hands-on technical execution.

• Experience leading and developing high-performing technical teams.
